Overview

To promote healthy ageing and longevity for Asian women with a focus on modifiable lifestyle factors, to achieve not only a longer lifespan but, importantly, a life of high quality, with delayed onset of age-related diseases

Goals

To identify modifiable risk factors for healthy ageing and longevity

To implement intervention programs that will help women achieve healthy ageing and improve their quality of life
To implement educational and health advocacy programs to encourage and guide Asian women on how to age gracefully (i.e., to live a good and long life while delaying the onset of age-related diseases)
