Another milestone for women’s health! On 13th March, @NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and @Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health formalized a strategic partnership – the NUS MED-Harvard Chan Women’s Health Initiative – to advance research, training, and advocacy in women’s health, with a particular focus on Asian populations.
Led by @Prof Cuilin Zhang (NUS Med) and @Prof Frank B. Hu (Harvard Chan), this initiative will integrate decades of longitudinal data on women and their children from large cohorts in the U.S. and Singapore to deepen our understanding of women’s health and human potentials over the life course and across generations

📌 Key Focus Areas:
âś… Building one of the largest Asian American Women Cohorts
âś… Advancing maternal, child, and intergenerational health to prevent major non-communicable diseases
âś… Investigating the impact of diet, lifestyle, and longevity
âś… Exploring biomarkers from multi-omics (e.g., genetics, metabolomics, microbiome) for healthy aging
✅ Launching the NUS Med-Harvard Chan Women’s Health Champion Scholarship to support future leaders in women’s health
